The return of the product must be announced by email at office@visioneyes.ro or by phone and then, after establishing the details, the product is sent by courier quickly to us, the cost of contact transport being borne by the customer.

The amount to be returned is transferred by bank transfer, within a maximum of 30 days from the date of termination of the contract, in the account indicated by the client, less the cost of transport.
